Product Designer, Pricing – Revenue Systems

• Design dynamic pricing and packaging displays across the funnel from acquisition through activation and billing
• Design Gusto's invoicing and billing surfaces using the IBEX platform
• Build and improve internal tools such as the Promo Engine and Product Catalog
• Improve workflows in internal platforms for Growth, Marketing, Accounting, Sales, and Expansion Sales
• Define the target-state UX vision for multi-channel messaging orchestration across email, sales, and in-product/AI surfaces
• Standardize how AI-driven messaging is structured, sequenced, and represented to customers
• Define platform-level versus channel-level responsibilities across surfaces such as AI Email, Rec Center, and Gus
• Drive holistic service design across internal support and customer experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, lead workshops, and co-create end-to-end solutions
• Create scalable patterns through contribution to Gusto's design system
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to validate decisions, inform tradeoffs, and iterate designs

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio of systems-level design, internal tooling, and customer-facing product surfaces
• Experience working on complex, data-rich products, particularly in B2B SaaS environments with interconnected product offerings
• Experience designing for both internal users and external customers
• Fluency in UX best practices, UI design, interaction design, and accessibility standards
• Strong service design capabilities
• Experience designing multi-channel systems cohesion across email, sales, and in-product/AI surfaces
• Point of view on standardizing AI-driven messaging at scale
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to lead through influence and align cross-functional teams
• Comfort leading ambiguous, 0-to-1 work and building long-term vision while executing toward near-term milestones
• Experience using Figma, Amplitude, and Full Story
• Experience leveraging mixed-methods research to inform design
• Passion for empowering internal teams and improving internal systems through intuitive, scalable design
• Ability to actively engage with AI tools relevant to the role and grow AI fluency

Demonstrates extensive experience in product design with a focus on systems-level design, internal tooling, and customer-facing surfaces. Proficient in leveraging UX best practices and AI-driven messaging to create scalable, intuitive designs that enhance user experiences across B2B SaaS environments.
