Family Practice Physicians & Dentists:
New Grads or Visa Candidates accepted? We will accept new graduates. We will sponsor those with J1 Visa Waiver only, we do not do H1B Visas.
Salary range for the New Grad or Experienced? Starting Salary Ranges:
Family Physician (No OB, No Call) $175K 200K
Family Physician w/ OB and Call: $200K 230K
Loan Repay? YES! Because we are a FQHC, employees qualify for federal reimbursement of medical student loans.
Reimbursement is $50K for the first 2 years and then $25K for each additional year employed with us.
What Benefits do you supply ie Insurances, Retirement, CME money, PTO etc ? Medical, Dental ,Vision, Retirement with 3% safe harbor contribution by COMC.
A Life insurance policy, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability are paid for by COMC for each full time employee.
In addition, we offer physicians/dentists 20 days vacation, another 5 days/yr. and up to $2500 for CME, and we have 6 paid holidays per year.
Additional benefits:
We offer up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
We offer a productivity bonus of up to $12,000/yr. based on number of patient encounters in a calendar year
Anything you want us to include when we talk with Providers ie the community, the schools etc .
