Overview
A nationally recognized health system located in San Diego, CA is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join as an outpatient clinician. The practice has expanded and is looking to meet increased patient demand. Preference is for candidates with at least 3 - 5 years of post-residency experience.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care as a clinician.
- Maintain a 5-day work week with 36 clinical hours per week and 4 administrative hours per week.
- Schedule and conduct patient appointments with 40-minute new patient visits and 20-minute follow-up visits.
- Manage a patient panel of approximately 18-20 patients per day.
- Base Salary: $296,000 to $337,000, depending on experience.
- Proven income potential over $350,000 via wRVU incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits package including employee pension plan.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (BE/BC).
- 3–5 years of post-residency experience preferred.
