Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician to join our team as the Center Medical Director. As the Center Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our healthcare facility in City of Industry, California. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.

• Provide leadership and direction to the medical staff, ensuring the highest quality of patient care
• Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including scheduling, staffing, and budget management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and continue treatment plans for patients
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and education to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote the healthcare facility's services
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in medical technology and procedures
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of medical care

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license in the state of California
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Physician
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilitiesn>
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
