Medical Doctor, Primary Care Physician

West Coast Time Zone | No Call | Eating Disorder Care Fully Remote | Monday – Friday | $250K–$275K + 15% Bonus Potential

Health Care Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine
Physician (MD or DO) to support a national, virtual Eating Disorder treatment program. This is a fully remote role combining direct care with APP supervision. No call, no weekends, and no primary care management.

• Provide 20 hours per week of direct patient care
• Treat adolescents and adults with eating disorders
• Deliver medical care specific to ED-related health concerns
• Dedicated RN/MA team handles all non-ED primary care needs
• Conduct 1-hour new patient intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
• Visit frequency varies based on acuity
• Lead weekly 30-minute supervision for 8 APPs
• Oversee clinical quality and development of the APP team
• Focus exclusively on ED-specific medical stabilization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including therapy, psychiatry, and nutrition
• Document within 24 hours using AI note assistant
• Follow HAES-aligned, weight-inclusive care

• An MD or DO board-certified in Family Medicine
• Licensed in at least one of the following: CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV
• Experienced in primary care or rural medicine
• Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools
• Mission-driven and collaborative in your clinical approach

Note:

Eating disorder experience is not required. Full onboarding and support provided.

• Base salary $250,000 to $275,000
• Up to 15% annual bonus based on quality, leadership, and team metrics
• Total potential compensation up to $316,250
• Fully remote, no call, no weekends
