• OB Hospitalist Program in place at Marin Health Medical Center covering Labor and Delivery, Emergency Room, emergency gynecological surgery, and in-house Gynecology consults.

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
• Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy for high quality patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.
• Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (with intent to become certified within 2 years) is required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish language a plus, but not required
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
• The salary range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on experience. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
• Guaranteed salary for 2 years with move to productivity Year 3.
