Marin Cancer Care is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible radiation oncologist. Located minutes from San Francisco across the Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Cancer Care is a private, community oncology practice with a hospital-based radiation oncology facility. We are part of Marin Health, a University of California San Francisco affiliate. We take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. The practice is part of an accredited Comprehensive Cancer Center that provides a full spectrum of cancer treatment services, including radiation and medical oncology, palliative care, weekly multispecialty tumor boards, clinical trials, patient navigators, dieticians, psychosocial support, and integrative health.
The practice culture is patient-centered, caring, compassionate, and highly collaborative.
The ideal candidate is a superb clinician who is also warm and team-oriented, joining a team of 3 radiation oncologists and 7 medical oncologists. Current equipment includes two beam-matched Varian Truebeam linear accelerators with SRS/SBRT capabilities, a kilovoltage treatment unit, as well as options to treat with unsealed sources and LDR prostate brachytherapy.
