Position Highlights- Flexible blocked scheduling model with 168 shifts per year and opportunity to pick up additional shifts
- Inpatient-only practice collaborating closely with outpatient GI group
- Strong collaborative relationship between GI and ED teams for minimal overnight call
- Average 10-12 scopes per day
- Advanced procedures (ERCP/EUS) welcomed but not required
- Dedicated inpatient GI APP support Monday-Friday
- $750,000 never-ending guaranteed base salary
- Additional shifts compensated at $3,600 per shift over 14 shifts/month
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- PSLF qualifying employer offering up to $420,000 in student loan forgiveness
- $15,000 relocation assistance
