Primary Care Physician | Adults 65+

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a primary care physician to provide preventive primary care for adults 65+, with a focus on Medicare advantage, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Physicians see approximately 12–15 patients per day with 20–40 minute visits. Value-based care experience is welcomed but is not required; training is provided.

• Adult 65+ patient population
• Majority Medicare advantage
• Chronic disease and preventive care focus
• Approximately 12–15 patients per day
• 20–40 minute patient visits
• No RVU pressure
• Integrated care team including NP/PA, medical assistants, social workers, lab and pharmacy support, and referral coordination

Compensation:

• Public posting range: $235,000–$260,000 base salary
• Commencement bonus up to $75,000, varying by clinic
• Annual performance bonus: 20% of base salary
• Total first-year compensation: $300K+ depending on experience and performance
• Early sign-on bonus opportunities
• Relocation assistance available for moves greater than 50 miles
