Mercy Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for two critical-access hospitals in Aurora and Cassville, Missouri. This role offers an opportunity to join a hospital-employed group with immediate parity, scheduling, and voting rights from day one. The position provides leadership and career growth within a supportive team, serving rural communities surrounded by the Mark Twain National Forest and Ozark Mountains.
Practice Info
- 25-bed, critical access hospital
- Annual ED volume of 11, patients
- Easy transfers (ground and air) to Mercy Hospital - Springfield, an 886-bed level I trauma center
- Hospitalists available 24-hours per day for admissions
- Less than 2 patients per hour
- EPIC EMR across Mercy
Compensation
- $50,000 signing bonus
- Guaranteed hours/shifts and $205-$226/hour
