Description

• 2 days per week, your choice Mon-Fri.
• Potential ramp-up to 3-4 days per week as patients increase.
• 9am-5pm.
• 3-6-month initial commitment, with possibility to extend.
• Start date ASAP, upon completion of credentialing (roughly 1 month).
• Local candidate preferred.
• Bread and butter primary care.
• Patients of all ages, 10-15 patients per day.

  Works EHR.

Requirements

• California State Medical License
• California DEABLS
