Mercy Family Medicine is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice in New Haven, Missouri. The incoming physician will work alongside two physicians, two nurse practitioners, and an engaged support staff to manage a large patient panel. Providers also benefit from flexible scheduling, system-wide Epic EMR, and AI Dax Co-pilot.

- Established practice with a large patient panel and many new patient requests
- Care team consists of two-Family Medicine Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, and engaged support staff
- Access to behavioral health, social workers, and a variety of subspecialists
- System-wide Epic EMR & AI Dax Co-pilot
Compensation
- 2-year income guarantee $320k
- $125k recruitment incentive
