PT/Contract Medical Director - Psychiatrist Flexible ScheduleWe are seeking a part-time/contract Psychiatrist Medical Director for a role at an inpatient facility a combination of clinical leadership and direct patient care.
Overview- Medical Director functions - chair medical executive committee meeting, pharmacy and therapeutics committee meeting, be available for any questions about a policy, or other administrative questions that might come up; be available for any state or accreditation audits.
- Admissions have to be signed off on by MD within 24 hours of admission.
- 20% of charts need to be signed off on
- Chemical and physical restraint authorization
- Physician-owned and operated organization.
- Competitive compensation.
- Flexibility: PT 1099 contractor opportunities available.
- Ability to focus on the patient - not office management, including credentialing, licensure, billing, and collections.
- Active Unrestricted Medical License in the State of Missouri or ability to obtain.
- Active DEA in Missouri or ability to obtain.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist.
