• Board-certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
• Active state medical license
• Post‑residency clinical experience in a family medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care setting.
• Experience treating patients across all age groups
• Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers
