St. Charles Community College (SCC) is a two-year college serving a six-county region in Missouri. The college’s main campus is in Cottleville and has received architectural awards for its design; additional campuses include the Dardenne Creek Campus and the Innovation West Campus in Wentzville, opening Fall 2025. SCC invites qualified candidates to apply for a part-time pooled faculty position to teach Information Technology courses for the 2025 - 2026 semester. Part-time appointments are made on a semester-by-semester basis as needed. The positions focus on equipping current and future IT workers with relevant skills.
ResponsibilitiesTeach Information Technology courses as part of SCC’s part-time pooled faculty offering for the 2025 - 2026 academic year.
Minimum Qualifications- Experience in IT field or any of the following areas: system administration for Windows and/or Linux desktops and servers, Cisco routing and switching, VMware virtualization, cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (prefer degree in related field)
- Prior teaching or training experience
- Various IT certifications.
