- Evaluate students' skills to create a flexible, individualised curriculum in desired field that addresses their specific needs and goals.
- Implement learning programs based on research into how students learn, using formative assessment techniques to adjust instruction and enhance engagement and understanding.
- Continuously refine teaching strategies and activities using student feedback and assessment data to improve lesson plans and delivery.
- Develop student‑centred activities that promote exploration and innovation in product design, encouraging practical application of theoretical knowledge.
- Set high expectations to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture, fostering creativity and problem‑solving.
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
- Demonstrated experience teaching from Prep to Year 6.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to students’ academic and personal growth.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to explain your subject area and concepts effectively and engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Committed to ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with current teaching trends and maintaining a proactive attitude.
- Holds a Teaching Qualification and specialised qualifications and experience in area of expertise.
- Hold current VIT Registration.
