St. Charles Community College is seeking part-time music faculty members in the area of private instrumental lessons. This person will teach private lessons, as needed, with the possibility of teaching music courses to music majors and/or non-music majors depending on experience. He or she may play their instrument and/or prepare students to perform for additional departmental needs as they arise (ensemble concerts, faculty recitals, commencement, other campus events).

Current Needs Include:

* Cello Instructor

Qualifications:

This person must demonstrate teaching and performance skills on their instrument(s). Band, Orchestral, and/or Jazz ensemble experience is required. Bachelor's degree in the field of music is required;
Master's degree is preferred.
