The UCLA Department of Spanish & Portuguese invites applications for a full-time Lecturer for the academic year to teach undergraduate courses for the Spanish language program in the Department of Spanish & Portuguese.
The teaching load will be determined by the Department. A description of current Spanish language courses offered can be found in the UCLA Registrar's course catalog: (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)..
Applicants should make use of UCLA's job application website, to submit the following:
- cover letter, including specification of fields qualified to teach
- three letters of recommendation, ideally including letters discussing the applicant's teaching record
- statement of teaching philosophy
- copies of teaching evaluations or other evidence of teaching effectiveness
- Minimum educational degree required - Master’s degree.
The Final date to receive applications is March 31, 2026.
