Job Description:

Gasconade County R-1 is seeking a highly qualified Title I Reading Specialist for the  school year to support our elementary school students.

We are looking for a passionate educator who will:

Provide targeted reading interventions for Title I eligible students

Work with students individually and in small groups

Use data to guide instruction and set student learning goals

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, and instructional coaches

Integrate technology and implement higher-order learning strategies

Build positive relationships with students, families, and the community

Hermann Elementary (PK-3) serves approximately 350 students and share a proud tradition of academic excellence.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and appropriate certification required

* Reading Specialist certification preferred

* K-8 certification highly desirable (K-6 will be considered)
