For more information about DAWSON, please visit  SUMMARY This position supports Mission Command System (MCS) digital training and higher commend coordination and information to the MSCoE G3 Training Branch. Work location is on-site at Fort Leonard Wood (FLW) Missouri JOB DESCRPTION
* Manage, lead, and supervise a team of MCS instructors
* Attend and present at high-level meetings
* Ensure all systems are prepared for an event, or instruction, and the classroom is clean and orderly and completion of system operational readiness
* Report and coordinate the mitigation of equipment deficiencies and schedule repairs
* Assist in determining the requirements of each event or block of instruction
* Plan and lead in-progress reviews
* Conduct MCS digital instruction and provide Warfighting Function (WfF) Subject Matter Expertise
* Analyze new software versions of MCS, lesson plans, and new POI requirements to determine technical solutions to support training requirements
* Prepare and submit on-time contract deliverables
* Perform all duties and responsibility of a MCS Digital Instructor QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with simulations
* 2 years experience in a Battalion (BN) or higher staff position
* Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
* Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO)
* Be a graduate of a relevant course, such as the Captain Career Course (CCC), Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC), Senior Leader Course (SLC), Battle Staff Course, or equivalent
* Must be able to instruct and conduct event support and planning IAW Program of Instruction
* Must possess strong communication skills encompassing critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and clear, persuasive presentation abilities
* Must maintain a favorable T1 clearance
* Completion of an Army or Service equivalent Instructor Training Program
* Graduate of Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC), Intermediate Facilitation Skills Course (IFSC) or the Common Faculty Development Instructor Course preferred Contingent upon contract award DAWSON is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA federal contractor.
