Industry Partnerships Associate – LAUNCH (Remote)
Location:
Must reside in California. Travel within the Inland Empire. Remote-first based in Sacramento.
The Foundation for California Community Colleges (Foundation
CCC) is a non‑profit partner to the California Community Colleges system, working to expand equitable pathways to economic mobility through education, workforce development, and apprenticeship.
- Support the HRTP grant by outreach to employers, industry associations, workforce boards, educational institutions, and community‑based organizations in the Inland Empire.
- Lead targeted outreach and engagement with employers in advanced manufacturing, cybersecurity, and clean economy sectors to build and expand registered apprenticeship partnerships.
- Assist in development and implementation of apprenticeship programs, including program design, onboarding, registration requirements, and alignment to California Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) frameworks.
- Develop and disseminate outreach materials, presentations, and informational resources to increase employer awareness and participation in apprenticeship opportunities.
- Provide technical assistance and consultative support to employers, educational institutions, workforce boards, and community‑based organizations to promote apprenticeship models and work‑based learning strategies.
- Knowledge of workforce development systems, registered apprenticeship models, and DAS/DOL apprenticeship processes.
- Familiarity with employer engagement, outreach strategies, or partnership development within education or workforce development settings.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Preferred: 3 years of experience in workforce development, employer engagement, education partnerships, nonprofit programs, or related field.

- Budgeted Annual Salary: $75,000 – $80,000.
