JOB SUMMARY
Normandy Schools Collaborative is seeking passionate individual(s) who are interested in pursuing a career as a certified teacher. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving support to grow into a full teaching role.

None
Pay Grade: Competitive hourly rate (based on position)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist teachers in classroom instruction and student support
- Support learning activities and classroom management
- Provide coverage as a Substitute Teacher when needed
- Participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities
- Guidance on teacher certification pathways
- Connections to approved teacher preparation programs
- Tuition assistance and financial support options
- Mentorship from experienced teachers
- Support navigating certification exams and requirements
- Access to our "grow-your-own" teacher pipeline programs
- Passion for education and working with students
- Previous experience in education is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
