This is a full‑time, 12‑month extended contract and an on‑site role located in Puxico, MO. The Agriculture Education Teacher & FFA Sponsor will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging agriculture‑based curriculum that aligns with educational standards. Responsibilities include teaching courses in agriculture, conducting hands‑on activities in soil science and livestock management, mentoring students involved in Future Farmers of America (FFA), and overseeing FFA activities to promote leadership and agricultural education.

The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance student learning experiences.

• Knowledge in Agriculture, Soil Science, and Livestock Management
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education methodologies
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentorship skills
• Experience working with FFA or similar student organizations is a plus
• State certification in Agricultural Education or a related field
• Ability to engage and inspire students in a classroom and extracurricular setting
• Passion for fostering leadership and professional development in students
