First Baptist Church of Lodi is seeking a Pastor of Student Ministries who is a passionate teacher, relational shepherd, and visionary team builder to lead and grow their student ministry. This leader will cast vision for discipleship among students while developing and leading a staff team within a creative, entrepreneurial church culture that values people over programs. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of ministry experience, a bachelor's degree in a ministry-related field, and a demonstrated ability to build something — not just maintain it.

They will thrive in a collaborative, humble environment led by two co-pastors who are deeply invested in student ministry and eager to see this area flourish.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** Teach and Preach Regularly:
** Deliver engaging, biblically grounded messages to students, bringing creativity and passion to regular teaching within the student ministry.
* ** Cast and Communicate Vision:
** Develop and articulate a clear vision for student ministry that aligns with the church's mission, values, and discipleship philosophy.
* ** Build and Lead a Staff Team:
** Recruit, develop, and lead at least one full-time pastor or director, fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture that avoids siloed ministry.
* ** Develop a Discipleship Process:
** Design and implement a intentional pathway for students to grow in their faith, moving them from attendance to active discipleship.
* ** Cultivate Relationships with Students and Families:
** Build a welcoming, relational ministry environment where students and their families feel known, valued, and connected to the church community.
* ** Collaborate with Church Leadership:
