The Department of Athletics at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) invites applications for a full-time Coaching Assistant (12‑month) position. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2026. This role is part of the Women’s Soccer program, supporting NCAA and university regulations, player development, recruiting, practice, game preparation, and academic success of student‑athletes.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily operations of the Women’s Soccer program in accordance with NCAA, CCAA Conference, and CSU regulations.
- Support coaching instruction, player development, recruiting, practice, and game preparation.
- Promote academic achievement and overall well‑being of student‑athletes.
- Act as a mentor and positive role model, demonstrating sensitivity to equity, inclusion, and diversity.
- Experience working with students from diverse age, socioeconomic, cultural, and academic backgrounds.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of successful NCAA Division I, II, or III soccer coaching experience.
- Coaching experience at Division II level.
- US Soccer B License.

Salary & BenefitsSalary range: $6,288 to $7,658 per month (12 monthly payments). The anticipated hiring range is $6,288 to $6,375 per month.
