POSITION SUMMARY
The Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to employees across the organization. This role focuses on facilitating learning programs that support employee onboarding, skill development, and organizational culture. The facilitator ensures a positive learning experience and encourages active participation, while maintaining consistency in content delivery.
Compensation Range: $18-24 per hour based on experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Deliver scheduled training sessions in-person and/or virtually.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Present content clearly and consistently, following standardized curriculum and guidelines.
- Prepare training spaces, materials, and technology prior to each session.
- Manage attendance records and ensure accurate documentation of training completion.
- Respond to learner questions and provide clarification during sessions.
- Direct learners to appropriate resources or contacts for follow-up support.
- Communicate session feedback or learner concerns to the Learning and Development team.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the organization’s values during all training interactions.
- Support training needs across departments and shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.

- Minimum Degree
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Preferred Degree: 2-year degree in human resources, teaching, business administration, or another related field.
- Certificate(s) or License(s):
Possess a valid state driver’s license. - Years of experience: 1–2 years of experience in training facilitation, public speaking, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Drive to other properties as needed.
Regularly walks, sits, stands and does computer work. Seldom/Never lifts up to 50 lbs.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENTPerforms tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
