** Overview of Position:
** Notre Dame High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Boys' Water Polo Coach to lead and develop our program. The ideal candidate will focus on player development, team success, and fostering a culture of excellence.
** Responsibilities:
*** Plan and lead all practices, games, and team-related activities.
* Develop and implement effective training programs for skill development and conditioning.
* Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and staff.
* Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic in student-athletes.
* Ensure compliance with CIF regulations and school policies.
* Organize team schedules, transportation, and logistics in coordination with the athletic department.
* Assist student-athletes with college recruitment opportunities.
* Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and school administration.## Qualifications
* Previous coaching experience at high school, club, or collegiate level preferred.
* Comprehensive understanding of volleyball techniques and strategies.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
* Must complete required certifications, including CPR and First Aid.
