About the Role
The pastor must meet the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:6–9. They should also be dedicated to service and actively engaged in the life of the church, including:
- Preaching and teaching
- Shepherding and visitation
- Evangelism and outreach
- Fellowship and relationship‑building
- Occasional basic maintenance, as needed
