Louisiana Delta Community College is seeking a creative and effective faculty member to plan, develop, and use effective teaching methods and materials to help students meet course objectives in the discipline of Care and Development of Young Children.

Director of Continuing Education
  • Provide strategic leadership, fiscal oversight, and operational management for the College’s Continuing Education portfolio
  • Align noncredit education with workforce and/or academic pathways
  • Expand grant and partnership funding
  • Drive performance outcomes related to enrollment, retention, credential attainment, and employment for continuing education students
  • Serve as the key architect of seamless transitions from Adult Education into workforce training and/or academic degree programs
Data and Performance Manager – Continuing Education
  • Oversee enrollment processes, student data systems, and performance tracking to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with divisional goals

  • Serve as the College’s authority for web governance, digital accessibility compliance, and strategic management of BRCC’s public-facing website
  • Oversee the enterprise CMS, ensure compliance with all state and federal accessibility requirements
  • Act as BRCC’s designated Digital Accessibility Coordinator
  • Establish standards, reduce institutional risk, and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience for all audiences
Part-Time Adjunct – Drafting and Design Technology Associate of Applied Science
  • Conduct college-level courses in the Drafting and Design Technology Associate of Applied Science degree
