Residential Assistant

Responsibilities

• Attend, participate in, and facilitate resident programs.
• Serve on‑call duties including conducting rounds, responding to resident needs/emergencies, reporting/documenting, general cleaning, and will have holiday on‑calls.
• Perform basic office duties.
• Attend bi‑weekly staff meetings.

• Must be a Viking Woods resident (non‑residents are welcome to apply, but will be required to move into Viking Woods if they accept the position).
• Jefferson College student.
• Minimum GPA of 2.0 each semester / cumulative GPA 2.25.
• Display good citizenship and character.

Minimum wage.

Part‑time.

Non‑Exempt.

Up to 10 on‑call shifts per month;
Up to 8 office hours per week.

Varies.

Fall, Spring, Summer.

Hillsboro.
