Role SummaryAs an Intermediate Teacher, you will lead a classroom in one of our six dedicated intermediate elementary schools (Grades 3‑5). You will facilitate a rigorous, student‑centered environment that prepares young learners for the transition to middle school through collaborative projects, data‑driven instruction, and strong social‑emotional support. Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, and the community, you will help create a positive learning experience that empowers every student to succeed.
Qualifications- Certified Professional: Valid Missouri Teaching Certification (Elementary Ed 1‑6).
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree, required;
Master’s degree, preferred. - Adaptable Leader: Comfortable and skilled teaching any grade level within 3‑5.
- Equity Champion: Committed to ensuring every student, regardless of background, has a seat at the table of success.
- STEAM‑Ready: Excited to integrate technology and hands‑on learning into daily instruction.
- Bridge the Gap: Guide students as they transition from foundational literacy to complex, inquiry‑based learning.

- Work Year: 10‑Month Academic Calendar, 187 Contract Days
- Salary: Based on Teacher Salary Schedule as outlined in district policy and the CB‑Agreement, determined by experience and education.
