Content Manager – IGA (Interscope Geffen A&M Records)

Support the growth and editorial strategy of IGA’s artist and non‑artist digital brands. Create content, build performance reports, and contribute editorial ideas while collaborating closely with senior leadership to align strategy with broader digital marketing and brand initiatives.

• Develop innovative multi‑platform editorial strategies.
• Produce dynamic ideas to amplify music in thoughtfully engaging ways.
• Understand digital storytelling’s impact on culture and consumption.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on vision, goals, and results.
• Plan and manage calendars that reflect key marketing moments and campaigns.
• Pull and analyze performance data to create clear, visually compelling reports.

• Proven experience understanding digital platforms, algorithms, and growth.
• Excellent attention to detail, a creative eye for the arts, and strong writing skills.
• Deep multi‑genre music knowledge.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, and/or similar graphic design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Salary Range: $70,304 – $100,000 (actual base salary depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, and location).
