Position: FORMATEUR -TRICE - BAFA

The Aroéven de Clermont-Ferrand AURA organizes BAFA training in Besse, Durtol, Theix, Volvic during school holidays in April. General training (8 days), as well as in-depth training (6 days). Our training sessions accommodate a maximum of 20 trainees and 2 or 3 trainers (one of whom must hold a BAFD or equivalent).
Missions:
Prepare and organize training sessions in line with the objectives of the sessionsConduct animation and training sequences during the 6 or 8 days of trainingTransmit know-how and know-how on the organization of daily life in a Collective Minors' WelcomeAnimate the groups, regulate and synthesize what is happening.Organize and conduct evaluation sessions according to training criteriaDevelop the capacities of work, listening and attention to others.Favor group cohesion.Implement a safe environment for trainees: establish a climate of trust and develop a quality relationship with all trainees.The benefits:
Remuneration is based on 6 or 8 days + 1 day of preparation.
Initial training for newcomers
Continuous training and meetings between trainers for all.

Profile sought
