Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for delivery from an approved program. May customize materials to meet the identified performance needs of the client.
- Deliver instruction in a classroom setting both in person and in virtual formats.
- Consult with clients to identify strategic opportunities, assess business and performance needs, and design and implement solutions required to enhance the performance of people and organizations.
- Provide additional deliverables such as class rosters, worksheets, handouts, course evaluations, and certificates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, plus one (1) year of experience
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent plus three (3) years of experience
- Five (5) years of experience – Industry recognized credential may be required
- Industry and/or training certification(s) desired, e.g. CQA, ATD, ISO auditing, Six Sigma, DDI.
- Other industry certification(s) in related fields.
- Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
- Prolonged sitting and standing
