Applicants for this posting must have an active teaching certification in SECONDARY EDUCATION 6-12. If you hold a sub cert only, please apply to the general sub posting on the Support Staff job board.
Must have the ability to instruct the students based on lesson plans provided.
Substitute teachers are employed as part-time on-call as-needed staff to fill in for teachers who are absent at various schools.
Substitute teachers must be flexible, dependable, and have good communication skills as the nature of the job is quite varied.

Salary$96.75 for a full day of subbing.
Long term assignments (certification in that content required) pay more at day 11 and day 31.
