Minimum 1+ years special education experience required. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our team near San Fernando, California. This position involves working closely with students who have diverse learning needs, developing tailored educational plans to help them reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and a deep commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide specialized instruction and interventions tailored to each student's unique learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other support staff to optimize student outes.
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to instruction.
• Maintain accurate and prehensive records for each student.
• Foster a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and personal growth.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid California teaching credential in Special Education.
• Proven experience working with students with disabilities, particularly in an educational setting.
• Excellent munication and organizational skills.
