Grand Canyon University – Colangelo College of Business hires adjunct faculty to teach part‑time, face‑to‑face instruction on our Ft. Leonard Wood AFB campus. We seek passionate educators who are committed to mentoring students academically, spiritually, and personally.

Course: Leadership and Organizations – a weekly, evening, on‑campus course that examines modern leadership and organizational dynamics, focusing on contemporary issues that reshape traditional paradigms. Key concepts include servant leadership, ethical decision‑making, and global leadership. Students develop strategies for organizational effectiveness through case studies, exercises, and development of critical leadership skills such as emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions.
  • Engage students in learning course objectives and topics.
  • Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom.
  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: PhD/DBA in Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of corporate experience; or a non‑business doctorate.
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) required with 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Graduate degree must be from a regionally accredited university or from an AACSB or ACBSP accredited program or an international equivalent.
