ROLE SUMMARY
An experienced military trainer with a background in Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) threats and Counter‑UAS instruction will deliver in‑person and virtual training to Army clients. The role requires the use of Instructional Design and scenario development to enhance unit readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver differentiated instruction to U.S. Military personnel using live, virtual, constructive, and gaming methods.
- Provide technical instruction and training on Electronic Warfare and Counter‑Unmanned Aircraft System capabilities.
- Research and analyze current UAS threats, identify gap areas, and develop innovative solutions.
- Integrate enemy UAS threats into exercise scenarios and coordinate all C‑UAS assets for Combat Training Center and home station exercises.
- Collaborate with Observer/Controller Trainers (OCT) and support after‑action reviews.
- 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Military.
- 6+ years of leading U.S. Military training.
- Experience as an Observer/Controller at a Combat Training Center.
- Experience training Electronic Warfare and Counter‑Unmanned Aircraft System capabilities.
- Experience with Department of War logistics and equipment management.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Combat or combat‑advisor deployment experience.
- Experience integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming war fighting training.
- Experience conducting After Action Reviews (AAR).
- Bachelor’s degree.

Salary range: $69,300.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
