Gasconade County R-1 School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Parents As Teachers (PAT) Educator
. This position supports families from prenatal through kindergarten entry, helping ensure children are healthy, safe, and ready to succeed in school.
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with families
- Provides engaging, research-based parent education
- Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
- Supports early childhood development and school readiness
- Collaborates effectively with community resources and district staff
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality
A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field is preferred/required in alignment with Missouri PAT guidelines. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain Missouri PAT Educator Certification.
