iLEAD Exploration in Costa Mesa is seeking a part-time Care Team/Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 student support in a learning studio. The role supports special education students per IEP, with duties including instructional assistance and social-emotional guidance.
The position reports to the School Director and is based at our Orange County campus. The role requires strong communication, public speaking, and collaborative skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
