Mathnasium is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer & Facilitator to design, build, and deliver learning experiences for franchise owners, directors, and staff. The role combines asynchronous design with live facilitation (virtual and on-site in Los Angeles) to train new owners and support center operations.
The ideal candidate will create content across formats, iterate based on feedback, and collaborate with field and franchise owners to improve experiences.
