Overview

Ruangguru is a tech-enabled education company that provides a one-stop learning experience for students to access quality content and services. The platform offers learning videos, question banks, test-prep materials, and study notes. Ruangguru aims to reduce education costs for families while improving student outcomes, and seeks to leverage technology to address inequality and disparity in education.

• Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team, taking appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
• Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.

• Minimum Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
