Day Spring Arts & Education is a non-profit organization & Academy located in Maryland Heights that provides quality arts education and a private school grades Pre-K through High School to the community. TIME POSITION
Position Summary
Day Spring Arts & Education is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic Guitar Instructor to join our growing music program. The ideal candidate is experienced in both acoustic and electric guitar, enjoys working with students of all ages, and is able to teach tabs, chords,and standard music theory and notation. A bachelor's degree in music or equivalent professional performance and teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include teaching private lessons, preparing students for Day Spring Music Recitals, communicating professionally with parents, and following Day Spring Arts & Education policies and procedures.
This is a part-time position with opportunities for additional teaching hours as enrollment grows. Compensation ranges from $38–$44 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Front Desk Administrator PART TIME POSITIONPosition Summary
This position is responsible for general communication with the public.
Responsibilities include:
greeting families & community members, creating a welcoming environment, answering door, phone, general email, lookup information on database, and other general administrative tasks.
Compensation is $15/hr with hours ranging 10-20 hours a week. We are specifically looking for some morning hours and weekends.
