Guidepost Montessori is seeking a friendly, dependable Substitute Teacher to support multiple classrooms of children aged 0–6 on an on-call basis. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation.
This role offers flexible, part-time hours and a pathway to full-time Assistant Teacher positions. You will help maintain a calm, engaged learning environment, support classroom routines, and collaborate with staff to ensure consistency when regular teachers are absent.
