The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Fighter/Attack Aircrew Training SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support Boeing Global Services (BGS) in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

* A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in fighter/attack pilot training and tactics development, focusing on the F-15 platform

* Design, develop, and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored for aircrew training requirements

* Develop and maintain courseware and training content aligned with complex aircrew learning objectives and customer needs

* Instruct advanced pilot training courses and evaluate program effectiveness using customer feedback and operational data

* Develop CONOPS/Mission Assurance plan and deliver pilot simulator verification/test using Boeing Full Mission Simulators (FMS)

* Operate the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) to execute approved training syllabi

* Support military pilots in maintaining qualification levels through upgrade and tactics training within Boeing's training systems

* Implement and support Boeing initiatives, programs, and policies to maintain training excellence and compliance

* Adhere to site security and access control procedures in accordance with Boeing and customer requirements

* Ensure proper handling and sanitization of classified media and training materials in compliance with Boeing and customer security protocols

* Collaborate closely with Boeing training teams and customer representatives at dedicated training sites to meet training and continuation training objectives

* Maintain appropriate security clearances as required by Boeing and customer programs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* Extensive experience as a Pilot/WSO, Fighter/Attack with knowledge of 4th and/or 5th generation high-performance fighter aircraft

* Demonstrated expertise in pilot training, tactics development, and evaluation of training effectiveness

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple functional areas and diverse personnel

* Flexibility to perform additional duties and related responsibilities as assigned to support Boeing's training mission

* Travel is expected based on contractual requirements up to 10%-50% of the time (Domestic/International)
