• Experience working as a paraprofessional or instructional aide, preferably in a school setting
• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with students, teachers, and staff
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs in a classroom environment
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework in education or special education are a plus

• Assist classroom teachers in the implementation of lesson plans and individualized educational programs
• Support students with varying needs through academic guidance, behavioral support, and encouragement
• Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and families as needed
  
  Monitor and document student progress, challenges, and achievements
• Foster a safe and engaging environment conducive to learning and growth
• Help prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom resources
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as recess or field trips
