We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool and ensure a nurturing and enriching experience for our young learners.

Key responsibilities include overseeing preschool operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development; ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations and staying informed on industry standards; leading, mentoring, and supporting teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment; and conducting staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field; proven experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood setting; in-depth knowledge of state licensing regulations and experience ensuring compliance; and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Full-time. Pay: starting at $45,000.00 per year.

Schedule:

day shift, Monday to Friday.

Experience:

childcare, time management, and management each required for two years. Ability to relocate:
Manchester, MO 63021 required before starting work.
