# Sunset Hills Lead Teacher Sunset Hills Campus - St Louis, MO 63127## Description The Lead Teacher will work full-time, approximately 36-40 per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Model core values - flexibility, dependability, professionalism
* Implement curriculum and complete daily projects
* Communicate daily with parents
* Submit lesson plans to the Director
* Conduct seasonal playdates
* Follow and complete weekly framework
* Complete all required paperwork (attendance, child daily sheet, food program, etc)
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom
* Responsible for assisting the Director in training Assistant Teachers
* Attend bi-monthly staff meetings## Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Previous Childcare or classroom experience preferred
* Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs frequently each shift
