Kummer Institute Center for Resource Sustainability

The Kummer Institute Center for Resource Sustainability (KICRS) needs support to develop proposals and execute projects in areas ofKICRS interests. The position will report to Dr. Shelley Minteer,the Director of KICRS and the Dr. Ken Robertson Memorial Professorof Chemistry. As a post-doctoral scholar, the post-doc will be responsible fortheir own independent research projects in the area ofelectrochemistry and assisting in coordinating joint research withgraduate students and undergraduates.

Their responsibilities will include electrochemistry research, publication writing, reviewing and editing, training of graduate and undergraduate students onlaboratory instrumentation, attending research meetings, outreach,helping to build a safety culture, and being a valued member of theteam. These activities will be conducted in person andremotely.

Ph.D. in chemistry or related field
