Kindergarten Aide
Seeking an individual who will serve as a Kindergarten Aide for the school year. This individual will work under the direct supervision of certified teachers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Helping small groups or individual students with basic literacy, math, and developmental play activities.
- Assist with student supervision during lessons, transitions, lunch, and recess.
- Prepare learning materials, set up projects, and keep the classroom clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist children with basic hygiene, clothing needs, and positive behavior guidance.
- Maintain clear communication with teachers and staff to support a diverse group of learners.
A substitute certificate is required. Questions may be referred to Logan Schwalm, Elementary Principal.
